Error
Does anyone have any information on the 'Err=7' problem? I've tried creating a new character and a new account and neither has worked. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you get this error 7 when you tried to enter the second part of the quest from the northgate? I got the error 7 and crash at this point too, just when it finished downloading the files, boom.
